Clinical Associate:
Family Perspectives Inc is currently seeking part-time ABA Clinical Associates for early afternoon, evening, and weekend availability. We are seeking an ABA Clinical Associate who is creative, fun, and able to teach in a natural and incidental way while still applying and demonstrating behavioral principles. The ideal candidate will be able to work in Worcester County and should have experience as an ABA Therapist, however all are WELCOME to apply. Ideal candidate will have 1+ years of ABA experience working with children or adults with Autism; RBT Certification a plus!

In this position, individuals will receive extensive training in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis and be responsible for providing 1:1 therapy to children and adults with Autism. Therapy is directed to increase language and communication skills, social skills, appropriate play skills, cooperation skills, and daily living skills and is performed under the supervision of a Master's-Level Clinician along with ongoing training. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Implement behavior intervention and therapy programming 1:1 with clients

Assist in creating individualized programming and development
-
Assist in implementing ongoing assessment and changes to programming

Assist in training families and other line therapists as indicated

Reliably keep consistent schedules with families

Ensure requirements for documentation of clinical services are implemented

Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
-
Able to pass criminal background check
-
Access to reliable transportation
-
Enthusiastic and self-motivated to learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis

Adherence to BACB guidelines of conduct
-
Must own a smart phone and have access to a computer
-
Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
Compensation is $22 to $30 per hour depending on experience.

Required education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

High school or equivalent
Required experience:

RBT: 1 year or

ABA Therapy: 1 year

Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities - preferred
