Brian Kovalski is the father of an amazing son who is on the Spectrum. Brian is very familiar with ABA methodologies and has collaborated with many Autism behavioral specialists relating to his son's treatment. Brian is very active in the community as he has held various committee roles at HMEA’s Autism Resource Central, is a graduate/former mentor of Massachusetts’ Families Organizing for Change’s “Family Leadership Series”, and founded his son's school's SEPAC.

Additionally, Brian Kovalski has developed expertise in Operations and Strategic Management. He earned both his BS and MBA degrees from Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts. Brian Kovalski had 18 years of service with his prior employer. Brian is the Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Family Perspectives Inc in Bolton, MA.
