Dave is the father to a 15-year old son impacted by Autism as well as a 14-year old typically-developing son. Through his own personal journey, Dave has amassed over 12+ years of real life Autism experience as both a Director of Operations of an ABA agency and as a family support broker on the DDS Autism Waiver Program. 

 

Previously, Dave spent 15 years with a large Fortune 50 company in Operations Management. But it is in his own home where his learning path in the field began and how his familial need steered him to a career change. In addition to serving as an Autism Waiver Support Broker, he held various other responsibilities at HMEA's Autism Resource Central. Dave has also been supporting families through his work creating and facilitating a Spanish speaking support group as well as a group dedicated to fathers, establishing himself as an advocate for families in the Central Massachusetts Autism community.
